COLD

I can't even explain how cold it is...

I'm sitting on the couch and I can feel the cold coming through the windows.

There is frost on some of my windows (granted I live in a very old house and the windows are not necessarily the greatest, but its still ridiculous)

My car decided that it was just too cold out to work...so its sitting the the parking garage at work right now. My lovely Little S had to drive me home. And keep in mind, my car is only 3 years old.

The temperature gauge in her car read -15 on the drive home.

I moved the dogs kennels away from the windows and next to the heat vent. I'm worried they will freeze while I'm alseep today.

Yet in 3 short weeks, I'm paying good money to go here.

Is it bad that I'm having second thoughts?

No second thoughts. Think Hot cocoa and a roaring fireplace. That's something you don't have at home.

It's amazing how much more cold your body can stand when you're having fun as opposed to doing the same ol boring stuff.

haha, the cold is better when you are doing something fun, looks like a good trip!

I moved my pups caged away from the windows too... it's 10 degrees here. wow, you have me beat by 25 degrees!

Hmmm, yes, I feel very cold right now, and I think that is why thoughts of disney are over powering my thoughts of the ski trip... but I am VERY excited to go skiing, becuz it's been a long time and we need to have winter fun too, not just summer fun. Then maybe I wont dread winter's as much... hah, yeah right.

That looks like an amazing winter getaway! Nah, you'll have fun once you get there. Just make sure your room has a hot tub. ;)

The hubbs and I are planning the same kind of vacay when he comes back in Feb for R&R.
