I am a twenty-something newlywed, wife to a Navy Sailor, a northern city-girl, rarely serious, I laugh all the time, my family is AMAZING, country music makes me happy, I have two spoiled rotten dogs, candles are always burning, I watch movies over and over, I never want to grow up, I spend all my money on purses, and dance all the time, I take a million pictures, I love sleeping under the stars, I shop online just to get mail, I love babies, I'm a NICU nurse who works nights even though its killing me, I sing at the top of my lungs, I wear shoes that cripple me, sleeping is a priority, I eat ice cream for dinner, I hate being hot but I'll lay out all day, I vacation whenever I can, I scrapbook when I'm motivated, I kill everything I grow, I'll float down a river for hours, I attempt to cook sometimes, visit beaches whenever possible, bonfires and smores, never say no to a road trip, my friends are my life, I'm in LOVE with my HUSBAND.
My sailor and I met in June 2003 at a wedding. He was the bestman, I was the maid of honor...we walked down the aisle together. Fast forward 6 months later and we "re-met" at a friends house and have been together ever since. We survived a 7 month deployment and a 2 year long distance relationship before he finally was able to move closer to me in November 2006. He is currently a Navy recruiter and I do have to say that I love having him home every night...
We got engaged July 28th, 2007 at a baseball game. We were that corny couple on the "Jumbo-tron" and I loved every minute of it. I can honestly say that I had no idea...
October 18th, 2008 was the best day of my life so far. We were able to stand up in front of our family and friends and pledge our love to each other. It was a beautiful day and even though everything didn't go as planned it was still better than I could have imagined. I feel so lucky that I get to spend the rest of my life with the man of my dreams...
The "big" Sister
Lulu
Lulu, our Puggle, is the oldest at a whopping 3 years old. She's fiesty yet loveable and very very set in her ways. She loves to chase her tail, play fetch and sleep under the covers. Her world was turned upsidedown last year when her brother came to live with us. She's just under 20 lbs but she's the boss of this household...and she knows it.
The "LITTLE" Brother
Jax
Jax, our lab mix, came to live with us last January. He was adopted from the rescue organization Planned Pethood. We fell in love with his face and have been in love every since. He just turned 1 and is learning to test his limits. He loves loves loves his sister and does everything she does...even if she wants nothing to do with him. He loves everyone and never stops licking and wagging his tail. Even though he STILL doesn't know his commands...he's been a wonderful 50 lb addition to our family.

That means you had fun though! A few bruises are good for you. =D
I hear you. One time I spent 5 hours with about 50 girl scouts and brownies. I'd never felt older in my life.
